CM Mobile App Account Deletion

Users of the CM mobile application can request the permanent deletion of their user account and associated personal data in two ways.

1. Through the CM Mobile Application

Open the application, sign in to your user account, and navigate to:

Profile → Edit Profile → Deletion Request

Follow the instructions to submit your request.

2. By Email

Please provide the email address associated with your user account.

You can submit a request even if you no longer have the application installed or cannot access it.

Request Processing

Upon receiving your request, we will review its validity and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.

To protect personal data, we may request additional identity verification where necessary.

You will be informed of the outcome of the process within the legally prescribed timeframe.

Personal Data Deletion and Retention

Personal data for which the legal conditions for deletion are met will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.

Data deleted upon submission of a User Account and Personal Data Deletion Request:

1. Profile history: First name, last name, gender, email address, address, and telephone number.
2. Purchase history: Order numbers, purchased products, transaction dates, and amounts.

Certain data may be retained if there is a legal obligation or another appropriate legal basis for its continued retention.

This may particularly apply to data that must be retained to comply with accounting, tax, and other legal obligations, such as tax and commercial regulations requiring invoices to be retained for up to 10-11 years, or when data is necessary for legal proceedings.
